I am a licensed professional counselor in the state of Missouri, I have been practicing the last 6 years. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, client centered, as well as solution focused therapy. I have also been trained in EMDR, trauma focused CBT, as well as biofeedback therapy.
