About

I am a licensed clinical social worker and have been in the field of social work for 15 years.. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and most often those having an acute stress response, PTSD or trauma. I am also currently working on my certification with the AASECT (American association of sex educators and therapist) to become a licensed sex therapist. I am LGBTQ+ and kink informed.

I am enthusiastic and inviting in my approach. I practice mostly with the DBT model and mindfulness. I will do all I can to make sure that your individual treatment plan is tailored to your specific needs.

It takes a great deal of strength and empowerment to seek change and support and I am here to guide you during that journey as best I can. Building a relationship and rapport with my clients is my biggest strength.
