I think that we all have a story by which we live. The story was told to us when we were young. Life experiences and our own faulty conclusions about our lives and experiences contribute to it. When we find ourselves at a point when we cease to be productive, we’re unhappy or things just aren’t what we need them to be, a change needs to be made. We must be brave enough to not only challenge the story but do something about starting anew. I am here to help with that change.
My approach is client centered. I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy and interventions such as stages of change, motivational interviewing and a host of others.
