I have had 30 years of experience supporting adults to find happiness, decrease anxiety and depression, build positive tools to thrive with ADHD and manage life transitions. I utilize an integrative approach but utilize cognitive behavioral therapy as my primary orientation. I connect well with people, which makes them feel safe to explore their struggles. My focus is working with individuals to rediscover their strengths and reach their goals. I have worked with diverse populations, including military members and their families, families of special needs children, people with chronic illnesses, hospice and grieving populations, and women in all phases of life.
