Hi! My name is Kayla Caldwell and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in North Carolina with 5 years experience positively impacting people to make positive life changes. I received my Bachelors and Masters degree in Social Work at the The University of North Carolina at Pembroke. I have worked with people challenged by depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and life changing situations. My approach is solution focused, client centered, and strengths based drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Theory.

When working with clients I strive to make the therapy experience genuine, positive, respectful, and safe. I enjoy hearing about my client's success and progress. This brings me so much joy! I believe that you are capable of doing amazing things and possess the strength that is necessary to accomplish all goals.
