I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, major depressive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia & schizoaffective disorder, as well as, the co-occurring diagnosis . I've worked in emergency room settings completing psychiatric triage, psychiatric inpatient units, high level of care outpatient programs, and private practice. I have mediated group therapy sessions to include life skills, anger management, stress management, and parenting, I believe you are the expert of your story and working together in a solution focused approach we can increase your coping skills aiding you in overcoming your challenges.
