I am Licensed Clinical Profession Counselor in Illinois with broad experience in working with adults of all ages and families to help them cope with the stressors of daily life and integrate successful new strategies. As a therapist , I feel it is important to create an environment where people feel genuinely heard as well as safe to address the challenges and obstacles they face.
I am relational in my therapeutic approach and offer different treatment methods to address the individual needs of each person. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, rational-emotive, psychodynamic, solution focused and existential counseling. I focus on a positive, strength based approach so that new strategies are developed to promote change and growth.
