After 10 years in marketing, I pursued my dream of working with individuals, couples and families as they re-imagine their lives and relationships. Together, we address concerns like anxiety, chronic illness, grief and conflict. I also work with postpartum depression, including traumatic births. My approach is integrative, utilizing multiple techniques to address client goals. I believe the relationship between clinician and client is the most important part of treatment. That relationship creates an environment to help clients live authentically with confidence and prioritize what is most important to them.
