When people experience stressors, it’s not always easy to navigate your way back to normalcy. My desire is to help people get back to living out the best days of their lives with their families, friends and significant others. With a Masters and Doctorate degree from Argosy University in Illinois and over 15 years of experience, I specialize in trauma-based issues, depression, and anxiety disorders through psychodynamic approaches while combining aspects of cognitive therapy. I also work with couples and families to help mend relationships damaged by mistrust, affairs or from an inability to solve conflicts.
