I am a Licensed Psychotherapist in the state of Georgia with more than 11 years clinical counseling experience in community behavioral health, academic settings and in private practice. I provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. In support of optimal wellness, I enjoy helping others find meaning and balance in their lives. I have worked extensively with adults, children and adolescents with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, and other disorders to include issues of sexuality.

I am narrative in orientation and trained in Trauma-focused therapy. Everyone has a story and finding meaning in that story helps one to identify realistic goals for living an improved life. I believe strongly in the benefits of a holistic approach to wellness, promoting a healthier you. Care and counseling focused on you is what leads every session.
