As a virtual mental health therapist, I have had the opportunity to work with a large range of individuals including adolescents and adults from diverse backgrounds. My areas of focus include, but are not limited to, depression, anxiety, body-image issues, eating disorders, parenting, PTSD, and ADHD. I primarily utilize a blend of solution-focused, CBT, and humanistic therapies that are tailored to each person's individual needs and wants. I am open-minded, warm, and non-judgmental.
