About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Wisconsin with over 4 years providing therapy to teens, adults, and families. I have worked with a variety of issues including PTSD and Complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, goal-setting, self-harm, parenting skills, social skills, poor body image, self-esteem, and helping people finding purpose and meaning in their lives.

My approach is warm, supportive, encouraging, collaborative, and accountable. I work with clients to dream of life outside of suffering. Together, we create mini steps to move you into the direction of your best self. I use a holistic and integrative approach to counseling including the use of evidence based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). As well as mindfulness, meditation, yoga, essential oils, art, dance, creative writing, exercise, and nature.
