I am a licensed professional counselor with over 10 years of experience working in various mental health settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including addiction, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and self-esteem. I am also board certified music therapist.

My therapy style is open and non-judgmental. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion. My approach combines person-centered, motivational interviewing, and cognitive behavioral therapy. I will work with you to achieve the goals that you have set for your life.
