Hi, I am Kashon Mells, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia with over six years of experience working as a counselor in the community and in office settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including, anxiety, depression, parenting, substance use, mood disorders, relationship issues, and many others. I have also helped people that have experienced trauma and emotional abuse.
I am motivated to provide strength-based, need-driven, and clinical services for families, couples, children, and adults to resolve issues and cope effectively with mental challenges. I utilize a variety of techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, stress management, increasing self-worth, mood management, anxiety reduction, and work/life balance.
