I am licensed in Florida with 7 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with a variety of mental health experiences including stress and anxiety, depression, relationship issues, aging concerns, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I take a comprehensive and holistic approach to therapy by integrating physical health and nutritional counseling with an array of different mental health approaches to better personalize each therapeutic interaction.
