I am a professional counselor in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma with over 9 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of needs including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, and a wide range of other issues. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse. My goal is to cultivate a warm and inviting atmosphere, judgement free, and focused completely on your needs. I am currently working on my doctorate and will use those resources in my work with you as well. I use various techniques with the purpose of providing you quality care and attention. My philosophy is that every client has a strength and solution available for what they are going through. It is important for me to help my clients feel empowered to overcome their present life circumstance. I truly enjoy working with my clients and seeing the immense progress they make.
