I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with four years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and major life transitions.

My counseling style is casual and client-centered. I am passionate about inclusion, equity, and social justice. I strive to create a therapeutic culture of respect, empathy, and authenticity. I will customize our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Brene Brown says it best: “Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It's about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen.” 

My overarching goal is to help each client find the courage to own their stories and embrace all of their choices, even the hard and messy ones, in hopes that they discover their authentic self.
