As a counselor, my goal is to provide a secure environment for growth. I hope to foster hope and support for communication and change, exploring new perspectives, and increasing personal strengths. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic approaches, also Dialectic Behavioral Therapy. I find using a combination of approaches with some creativity helps clients build and find hope, change perspectives, and learn skills to problem solve.
As a human, I love to learn, I'm always attending trainings and stretching my skills as a counselor. I enjoy good coffee, good movies and good books.
