My name is Karen and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience with individuals and families impacted by a number of behavioral health issues and substance/process addictions. In the past I have worked with individuals who are experiencing a number of issues including substance and process addictions (gambling, shopping, etc), grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship issues and trauma.

My clinical style to be open, honest and non-judgmental while providing a goal directed approach. My substance and process addiction practice philosophy supports those who utilize a twelve step program but is also accepting of those who wish to explore a recovery path that does not include a twelve step approach. What is important is that your sessions and treatment plan is tailored to meet your unique and specific needs.

Taking the first step to seeking change in your life is not easy. But, you have shown great courage and taken that step. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you as to continue on your journey.
