My name is Chelsea Banks and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC),a Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate (LCASA),and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional(CCTP).
I believe myself to be an accepting and open individual with a drive for professionalism and limitless compassion for others. I have a long history of working with individuals, families, and children in a variety of settings and have been working in a clinical setting for the last 5 years. I believe in patient-driven goals and utilize Cognitive Behavioral and Motivational Interviewing techniques to aid the patient in addressing obstacles head-on. I have an extensive background in working with individuals suffering from a variety of diagnoses and symptoms including mood disorders, anxiousness, personality disorders, and adjustment to day-to-day stressors.
