I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker with 6 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting . I studied cognitive behavioral therapy and have experience in narrative therapy and mindfulness approach. I currently work in Oncology supportive services providing support to patients and families dealing with a new or existing cancer diagnosis. I have experience with grief and loss, as well as coping skills for dramatic life changes. I also specialize in self love, life coaching, body image, relationship issues, and anxiety/stress related problems. I'm a great listener and understand the importance of being able to express ones emotions, feelings, thoughts, and concerns freely without judgement. Wether it be a bad break up, wanting to find purpose in life, loss of a loved one, or any issue weighing heavy on you, I'm here to be a source of guidance to support ones journey to a better self.
