I am an experienced social worker, and I would be honored to support you in your journey, wherever you wish to begin. My approach is intuitive, and client centered in a nonjudgmental and safe environment to assist you in exploring and understanding your feelings and reaching your goals. The foundation of our collaborative therapeutic relationship is based on trust and mutual respect, and the basic need for human connectedness. Together, we can empower you to implement your tools to take control of your life, so you achieve your greatest potential and personal growth. I utilize a variety of techniques and therapeutic modalities drawn from, and including Solution Focused Therapy, Grief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. I have a myriad of experience with young adults, adults, aging adults, PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injuries, substance abuse, issues of aging and the many issues of grief and loss.
