Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have earned my Master's Degree in Clinical Social Work and Undergraduate Degree in Psychology with a minor in Religious Studies. I am passionate about helping people whom may be having difficulty navigating different mental health issues such as PTSD/ Trauma, Loss, Depression, and Anxiety. I take a person-centered approach with clients to give them a space to talk freely and openly without fear of judgement while being empathetic and compassionate throughout the therapeutic process. It takes a lot of courage to take the step to enter therapy, and I am happy you have made this first step in your healing journey!
