As a relational, healing-centered psychotherapist, I work to help my clients discover their own guiding voice, to listen with intent, and to cultivate love and acceptance of their truest nature. In my work with adults, issues like sexuality, spirituality, existentialism, unconscious belief systems, family and partnership, and many more of life's great challenges guide the work of self-exploration. In my work with adolescents, the challenges of individuation, self esteem, peer and family relationships, trauma and transition come into focus.
Regardless of the client's age or phase of life, I use a psychodynamic approach to gain a deep understanding of their unique story and worldview, then approach their needs mindfully, holistically, and without judgement.
