I am a licensed professional counselor who works with people dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life stressors. I have worked with individuals in settings such as hospitalization, crisis management programs, and individual counseling and have experience with a wide range of backgrounds, diagnoses, and treatment goals.

I utilize evidence based therapy in order to assist people find and utilize their own motivation to reach their goals, offering skills to have as resources along the way. I have a holistic approach, taking into consideration each individual’s physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual needs as they begin to tell their own stories.

People often come to counseling feeling like all hope is lost. My approach is to work with individuals to uncover their own sources of hope. Identifying various coping strategies, deepening understanding about ourselves, and recognizing the impact of our perspectives on our daily lives are all effective ways to manage this overwhelming experience. I hope to help whoever comes to me become comfortable with the counseling process and achieve their personal goals.
