My goal as your therapist is to allow you to take on the world and whatever life challenges come your way without my help one day. Some of us need that coach in our corner to help push ourselves just a little bit further and to tackle any barrier that comes our way. My style of therapy is a mix of your coach, your partner, and that person in your life that always keeps it real while also respecting you and your decisions. My population of expertise is with those diagnosed with ADHD and I work with children, adolescents, and adults with ADHD. . I am an excellent resource when it comes to parental support of your child with ADHD and improving the quality of your executive functioning skills when it comes to your household, career/school, and relationships/ Aside from this "professional" bio, I am a huge pro wrestling fan, will listen to many different styles of music, and have two dogs (one boxer/chow mix and one pit bull who was a rescue). I believe all feelings are valid and that you should be able to laugh at your trauma if you choose as well as cry about it all at the same time.
