Hi,

I am a 51 year old divorced woman and mother of 4 teenage and adult children, including one adopted at age 4 from Africa.

I have experience with children, adolescents, young adults, adults, families, first responders and persons living with severe mental health conditions. I am a strong advocate, I am detail oriented, prompt and holistic in my approach. I am a problem solver, and I am focused on full acceptance of where you are and what you need at this particular time in your life journey. I have worked with individuals with a wide range of struggles including depression, anxiety, panic, relationship issues, parenting, career challenges, sex abuse, incarceration.

My style is warm, accepting and interactive. I believe everyone deserves respect, grace, love and compassion, and we all find ourselves in vulnerable times needing help. I pride myself on bringing a "no judgement zone" to our space together. I am always open to feedback.

It takes courage to seek help, and I would be honored to help you along this part of your journey.
