Hello, I'm Dr. Duncan and I'm a PhD-level licensed clinical psychologist, with a specialty in health psychology. This means that I can help you manage how you think, feel, and behave to maximize your mental and physical health. I can help with a broad range of concerns such as mood, anxiety, body image, weight management, eating disorders, stress, sleep problems, and addictive behaviors. I am happy to meet with you to determine whether I can be of assistance.

I believe a trusting relationship between patient and therapist is a necessary component of treatment. I encourage you to message me first with your presenting concerns, and then I can determine whether I can help.
