Taking the first step to recognize when we need help requires courage. Maybe you are feeling anxious, stressed, depressed, angry, experiencing relationship issues or just feeling stuck. Together, we can find solutions. I hope to make this process encouraging and meaningful for you. I believe all individuals have strengths to build on and are capable of insight and healing.
My counseling style is warm, empathetic and holistic. It is important to be seen and heard as you are. I try to build a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship. I often use methods from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy and mindfulness.
