About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and I bring over 18 years of experience working with a diverse population including children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked with clients that struggle with substance abuse issues, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, self esteem issues, and disordered eating.

I would describe my counseling style as a more direct approach as well as empathic. I will always show compassion for my clients and I will always be objective and non-judgmental. I always want my clients to feel safe during our time together and I work very hard to provide that type of environment I believe in setting appropriate boundaries with my clients and engaging and interacting with them as opposed to telling and directing them on what to do. I like to help my clients practice autonomy. I will always be sensitive and respectful to my clients and help make them feel they are my number one priority during our sessions. My therapeutic approaches are cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness training and solution focused therapy. Depending on the direction of the session with client, I will cater to meet your needs accordingly.
