My style is caring, compassionate and interactive focused by treating others with respect and dignity while empowering the individual towards change.
I combine CBT, Family Systems, a Humanistic approach along with utilizing motivational interviewing to help the client on the journey keeping in mind that every client is unique and deserves individualized treatment.
