I have worked with clients on a wide range of issues including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting, marital conflict, step-family conflict, grief and loss,and adjustments related to significant life events. My clinical approach utilizes many different therapeutic styles, including Cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and mindfulness based interventions, based on a person's individual needs and values.
