I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Missouri with 22 years of professional work experience in my private practice as well as work on a locked psychiatric ward. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, relationship/marital issues, trauma and abuse, and bipolar disorder. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. No one knows you as well as you know yourself.
