Hello. My name is Judy Enos and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Arizona. I have over 15 years of experience of providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in an outpatient behavioral health setting. I have worked with clients with a range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. My approach to therapy involves meeting the client where they are at and drawing on their strengths. I use a variety of modalities to meet the needs and goals of the client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychoeducation, and art and play therapy. I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. It would be my honor to help you on your journey at this time in your life.
