Hello! I'm Josh! It is my great pleasure and privilege to be of service to you. I have been a licensed professional counselor since 2017. I have experiences with all manner of individuals from children to older adults, in a variety of settings, from a variety of cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. I believe in helping people become who they are meant to be, to help them reach their ideals, and to assist them in healing from the issues and troubles they are experiencing, or have experienced in the past. I am traditionally trained in cognitive behavior therapy and rational emotive behavior therapy, however, I do my best to adjust my approach according to my client's needs. I have experience in utilizing traditional psychotherapy, couple's counseling, and counseling for LGTBQ+ individuals. I have experience in assisting in the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, acute anxiety disorders, dissociative disorders, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorders, grief and bereavement issues, anger management, and mood disorders.
