I am licensed in Texas with 14 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, marriage, anger management, & depression. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. The majority of my approach includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I have a calm demeanor and want to make sure you are comfortable sharing your personal struggles and the difficult things you are dealing with.
