My name is Josh Langham, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I obtained my full license in 2014 and have had the opportunity to work with individuals from many diverse backgrounds. I have helped individuals with a variety of presenting issues ,including addictions/substance abuse, grief/loss, LGBT issues, the coming out process, depression, anxiety and other general mental health issues. We all have issues, stuff, or roadblocks that get in the way of where we want to be. I am a warm and compassionate therapist with a person-centered approach. I like thought provoking- questions to get you to dig deep. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where you and I work together to get to where you want to go. This can sometimes be a painful process, but I believe it is through our pain we grow and learn about ourselves. Feel the fear and do it anyways! Whatever your issues are I want to see you have the most meaningful and abundant life possible.
