About You:
You deserve to be treated with compassion and respect. You are the ultimate expert on you, so I don't assume to know what is best for you. Instead, I walk beside you on your journey toward healing - providing empathy, encouragement, and validation along the way. But I get that sometimes you may feel extra “stuck” and need an encouraging nudge to make positive changes. During these times, I incorporate helpful techniques from other therapeutic approaches, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I am here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment.

About Me:
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Missouri. I graduated with a Master of Science in Counseling from Missouri State University in 2017. While earning my degree, I worked at the campus counseling center and provided therapy to students dealing with a wide range of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, self-harm, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and coping with major life transitions. After graduation, I worked at a local non-profit agency, providing trauma-focused therapy to adult and adolescent survivors of physical, sexual, and emotional abuse. In my free time, I enjoy playing with my cats, studying weather patterns, jamming out to my favorite tunes, and perpetually watching the same 2 shows on Netflix.

My Availability:
Currently, I am only available for video and phone appointments from 12pm-3pm Monday-Thursday. I am not able to schedule appointments outside of these timeframes.
