I am licensed in Florida with 4 years of professional work experience. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and have experience facilitating therapy in Spanish. I work with clients to help them navigate stress and anxiety, as well as improve motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I also have experience working with pregnant and parenting teenagers who are adjusting to their new role and facing parenting issues. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
