I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania and I have been practicing for over 8 years. I believe that therapy should be the two of us working together and collaborating to address the issues you want to. I am currently practicing a good deal of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and also gravitate towards the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic models. My specialties include anxiety, depression, life transitions, domestic violence, behavioral work, and trauma work.

Together we'll talk through your goals and how to most effectively work towards them. I like to maintain an interactive dialogue in which we work as a team, because you know what works best for you. I f you are interested in a more structured therapeutic experience, I am happy to suggest action items that may include feedback, homework, and other relevant interventions.
