Together, we can develop a plan that addresses your goals and specific needs so that you can begin working to make progress on your goals and begin feeling relief. We will work to focus on solutions that work for you. I integrate evidenced based approaches customized to your needs to maximize the time we have in session. Feelings of depression and anxiety can be difficult to manage and can often be disrupting to daily life. I am here to help.
