I am licensed in California with 5 years of professional work experience in community mental health and school-based programs, and I obtained a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Azusa Pacific University in 2015.

I have experience working with individuals facing difficulties related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, ODD, family conflict, attachment issues, and communication problems.

My treatment approach includes active listening, normalizing, and providing a comfortable and safe therapeutic relationship for clients to express their thoughts and feelings. I utilize interventions from a variety of theories including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

It takes courage to reach out for help, to look inward at things we have ignored, and to change the things we need to change in order to move forward.
