Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with over 5 years of experience working as a therapist and life coach. My therapy style is open, interactive, engaging, and honest. I believe in treating all with respect, sensitivity, compassion, and direct honesty. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-based therapy, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing. Our dialog will be geared towards your needs and growth.
