I am a native of a rural South Texas and have over a decade of experience in clinical community mental health. As a native of rural South Texas, I became inspired to provide quality and accessible mental health services to underserved populations and minority populations during my experiences as a teacher. I am an LBGTQ and Gender, Romantic, and Sexuality Minority affirming therapist. I also work with Trauma related issues.
I attended Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and received a Bachelor of Arts with a focus in History, a Master of Science in Counseling, and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University.
