I earned a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Richmont Graduate University and his Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Auburn University.

My professional counseling experience focuses in treating teens and adults with emotional disregulation, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, and anxiety in both group settings and in one-on- one sessions.

I teach Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy designed to help clients understand how their thoughts impact their feelings and behaviors. This treatment is the foundation of my therapeutic approach and is a sought after specialty in treating depression, anxiety and self esteem related issues.

I a passion for acting and music and pursued an acting career in both New York and Dallas. This enthusiasm enhances my creative, fun and spontaneous therapeutic approach
making easier to be successful in connecting with my clients. I think I have a charismatic personality and knowledge of sports, and current technology additionally makes me appealing to teens, college age students as well as adults.

The challenges and life experiences I have address are what make me approachable, and easy to talk to. I believe I understand how the stresses of life can affect our mood and keep us from reaching our goals and having healthy relationships.
