I am licensed in Connecticut with 30 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, & managing life transitions and challenges. I also have experience working with depression, relationship concerns and personality disorder characteristics. I have recently started here on Find A Therapist full-time, to pursue my original career dream to help others, individually, one client at a time. This comes after many years working in both inpatient and outpatient hospital and varied community settings, with diverse populations, serving in management and supervisory roles while always keeping my hand in clinical care provision -including during the pandemic.
I believe that you are the expert of your story "the Narrator"--and I would be honored to help you as you narrate and navigate your life story. I operate from the perspective that you have many strengths and solutions within you that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
