I work with couples, families, teens, and adults. I tend to see people's problems through an attachment lens. This longing for safe, secure relationships is so strong that it becomes a central motivating force in life. When we don't have healthy connection with others, we often look for ways to fabricate it and/or numb ourselves from experiencing hurt and rejection.
