I have been a therapist for over 25 years, working with teens, and adults on issues that cause psychological distress: depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, substance abuse/ living with those who abuse substances and other challenges. We do not have have yo wander around life alone and in pain. By honoring your beliefs and values, we can collaboratively craft solutions to painful problems. I use a person centered approach, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral and Acceptance and Commitment Therapies. I am committed to helping people realize their true authentic selves.
