I am a licensed counselor in Georgia who has been in practice for over 5 years. I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals, including children, teens, and adults. My areas of focus have included parenting issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and ODD. I enjoy working with the individual and family unit if desired.
I enjoy getting to know each client and implementing cognitive-behavioral approaches in session. I also enjoy assisting clients in making space for their emotions without judgement. My viewpoint is that everyone can benefit from self-reflection and support, and I aspire to assist each client with each of those.
