I am licensed in Texas with 6 years in private practice and 3 years of experience working in a psychiatric hospital setting. During this time, I’ve helped clients process trauma and abuse, helped them cope with grief, & intimacy related issues. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where they’re able to share their thoughts and feelings without any fear of judgment. My style is very conversational and casual, which helps clients feel comfortable & allow themselves to let their guard down a bit. It takes so much courage to seek help. That courage often comes from a place of frustration or even feeing “stuck”. I’m here to support you as we look for ways to help you feel empowered & “unstuck”. I look forward to partnering with you.
